Sales reps would manually copy data from their CRM into a proposal template, send it via email, and wait days (or weeks) for a signed copy. This slowed down closing time and required constant follow-ups.

Solution

We created a seamless automation using Make.com, connecting their CRM with PandaDoc. Now:

• When a deal reaches the “Proposal” stage in the CRM, a branded proposal is created automatically.
• Contact details, service items, and pricing are pre-filled.
• The document is sent out for e-signature instantly.
• The deal stage is updated once signed, and the signed PDF is stored in Google Drive.
